Freedom from re-appearing for learning license test, if it expires, RTO will not ask for taking new test but they will renew with a nominal fee. If it is lost, they will issue a duplicate learning license as well. Highly appreciable and logical step taken by RTO. Usually it's validity is six months and after one month of getting learning driving license, aspirant can go for final driving test between 2nd month and 6th month (before expiry ) Good relief for general public who usually miss the dates for some or the other reason.
